Bring 3-5 items from your wardrobe or home made and breathe new life and color into old items or sentimental pieces that have seen better days. You'll dye a pair of Merle Works's signature socks as a warm up, plus you'll be given a tea towel and shown how to use it to create a beautiful "happy accident."

The workshop will begin with an overview of materials and techniques, followed by a demonstration. Each participant will have free reign to experiment with colors and patterns as they see fit. The full spectrum of the professional dye studio will be available including mixed dyes, powders, color swatches, and different tools and brushes. Questions will be answered and hands-on help is available.
